Galgano Formazione is organizing a Workshop with JJ Sutherland in Milan on 10-11 of July about Scrum Executive Leadership.

The training will we will equip executives with a deep understanding of Scrum, Scrum Mastery and Product Ownership, and the fundamentals of Scrum@Scale.

Leaders will learn how to prioritize projects, tackle product backlog and remove impediments throughout all levels of the organization to accelerate delivery to customers. Trainees will walk away able to employ the best patterns and practices to achieve high performing teams.
